After Windows wake up from the sleep, your keyboard may become unresponsive. This issue is related to a device configuration. In order to solve it, follow the steps below:
- Go to “Start > Run”. Type “devmgmt.msc” (This is the shortcut to open Device Manager)
- Right click on device (Bluetooth or USB). Select “Properties”
- Go to “Power Management” tab. Uncheck the option “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power“
